titleOfInvention Device and method for treatment and recycle of desulfurization wastewater based on plate-type multi-stage flash
abstract Abstract The present invention discloses a device and method for treatment and recycle of desulfurization wastewater based on plate-type multi-stage flash. The device mainly comprises a plate heat exchanger, plate condenser, boiler, flash tank, fresh water tank, 5 water pump and stainless steel pipe. The pretreated desulfurization wastewater is pumped into the plate heat exchanger step by step and is heated to a certain temperature before entering the first stage flash tank; the secondary steam coming from the first stage flash tank enters the next stage plate heat exchanger and is condensed to release latent heat in said next stage plate heat exchanger to preheat the 10 desulfurization wastewater; the concentrated desulfurization wastewater is pumped into the next stage flash tank for flashing; this process is carried out successively until the last stage; the secondary steam coming from the last stage flash tank enters the plate condenser. The condensed fresh water produced at each stage is pumped into a fresh water pool, and part of the concentrated desulfurization wastewater is recycled as 15 circulating fluid to maintain the process of continuous flashing, while the rest is pumped into a concentrated liquid treatment pool for centralized treatment. The present invention can recover the latent heat of the secondary steam, has a high concentration factor, occupies a small area, consumes lower energy, and can achieve zero emissions of desulfurization wastewater.
