A method which enables strengthening muscles in an extremely efficient manner is provided. This muscle training method involves winding a belt around at least one of the user's arms and legs, and allowing the user to exercise in water while a specific pressure is applied to restrict but not stop blood flow in the user's muscles. Appropriate restriction of blood flow to the user's muscles results in encouraging growth hormone secretion in the user and efficiently applying a load with less movement than that required on land, and the synergistic action of these two results makes it possible to increase muscle strength extremely easily. |
