abstract The invention relates to the field of sanitation and hygiene, and specifically to antiseptic preparations, including disinfecting agents for disinfecting water in swimming pools and in other artificial bodies of water, for sanitizing rooms, household equipment, furniture, domestic appliances and industrial equipment, and also for disinfecting wash water and wastewater. An antiseptic preparation includes nano-sized particles, which simultaneously include silver and silver chloride. The antiseptic preparation may additionally contain at least one amphoteric surfactant. To achieve disinfection, the nano-sized particles are added once to water, said particles including silver and silver chloride.
