The present invention relates to a method for culturing mesenchymal stem cells, including isolating mesenchymal stem cells having a size of 8 μm or less and culturing the mesenchymal stem cells in a medium containing calcium and magnesium and under a low oxygen condition. The method of the present invention can significantly improve the proliferative capacity and differentiation potential of the mesenchymal stem cells. |
