titleOfInvention Bio-implantable electrode assembly
abstract Disclosed are a carbon material for a neural stimulation electrode, an electrode assembly comprising the same, and a device for neural stimulation. The carbon material for a neural stimulation electrode, according to the present invention, is composed of carbon fibers, wherein the thickness thereof is 1-1000 μm, the linear density thereof is 0.01-5.00 g/cm, and the aspect ratio thereof is 100-1,000,000. In particular, the carbon fiber material according to the present invention may be obtained by dry-spinning a carbon nanotube and then subjecting the carbon nanotube to a liquid-based densification. The carbon material for a neural stimulation electrode of the present invention may be used in fields such as deep brain stimulation and spinal cord stimulation.
