titleOfInvention Method for preparing NK cells
abstract [Problem] To develop a technology with which it is possible to prepare, at high purity, NK cells having high cellular cytotoxicity, from hematopoietic progenitor cells, without using animal serum or feeder cells. [Solution] A method for amplifying NK cells, comprising: a step in which hematopoietic progenitor cells are amplified under single culture condition using a culture medium containing IL-15, SCF, IL-7 and FIt3L; and a step in which cells obtained by the amplification step are differentiated into NK cells under culture conditions using a culture medium containing IL-2. Also provided is a pharmaceutical composition containing NK cells prepared using the method for amplifying NK cells according to the present invention. The pharmaceutical composition of the present invention may be used in the treatment of infectious diseases and/or cancer.
