| abstract |
A method of positioning and securing a graft 80 to bone is disclosed. The method includes positioning the graft 80 into a bore hole in the bone 60, positioning a guide wire 70 into the bore hole in the bone 60, and then positioning a slide instrument 40 between the guide wire 70 and the graft 80. The method further includes positioning a driver 10, and an anchor 90 secured thereto, over the guide wire 70 and then directing the anchor along the guide wire 70 and towards and into the bore hole.
