The duodenum endothelium membrane can be obtained by hybrid electrospinning or/and multilayer electrospinning or/and core-shell electrospinning or/and dry process electrospinning, and is a medical appliance which can reduce injury, prevent dropping, avoid being removed and restrain bounce and can be used for treating diabetes mellitus and adiposis.
