titleOfInvention | Composition for detecting proteins containing tyrosine oxide-coupled biomaterial |
abstract | The present invention relates to a composition for detecting proteins containing a tyrosine oxide-coupled biomaterial. According to the present invention, the composition for detecting proteins containing a tyrosine oxide-coupled biomaterial enables convenient and rapid diagnosis of various diseases since tyrosine oxide, which is a natural dye present in the body, is coupled to a biomaterial, and the tyrosine oxide-coupled biomaterial is coupled to a protein to allow the color of the protein to be easily ascertained with the naked eye or through a microscope. Therefore, it is possible to conveniently and rapidly diagnose various diseases in real time in an operation room using the composition for detecting proteins of the present invention, and to replace conventional histological analysis by the composition since there is no need for a secondary antibody reaction and a final color reaction. |
