abstract |
Provided are an antibiotic over-producing strain, a preparation method therefor, and a use thereof. The over-producing strain is a mutant strain of Coleophoma empetri, and is deposited in China General Microbiological Culture Collection Center with a deposition number CGMCC 4129. The strain is prepared by the following steps: (a) mixing a seed solution with a deposition number FERM BP-2635 with nitrosoguanidine, to obtain a mixed solution a; (b) mixing the mixed solution a with a lyticase, to obtain a protoplast; (c) regenerating the protoplast, to obtain a single colony; and (d) culturing the single colony, to obtain the mutant strain. |
