Composition for inducing pluripotent stem cell, and use thereof |
abstract |
The present invention provides: a Sendai virus vector, into which a gene encoding a reprogramming factor for inducing a pluripotent stem cell is integrated in a specific configuration; a composition for gene transfer, which contains the vector and can be used in the induction of a pluripotent stem cell; and use of the composition. The significant increase in the pluripotent stem cell induction efficiency was achieved successfully by integrating all of a KLF gene, an OCT gene, and a SOX gene into a single Sendai virus vector in a specified order. It becomes possible to further increase the pluripotent stem cell induction efficiency while reducing the number of vectors required for the pluripotent stem cell induction by allowing multiple reprogramming factors to be carried on one vector. |
