abstract |
The invention relates to a luminescent light guide comprising a first substrate comprising a luminescent material and a light extractor, wherein the light extractor extracts light from the luminescent material at angles that would otherwise be trapped by total internal 5 reflection according to the refractive index of the luminescent material.
