abstract Disclosed is a method for producing a coated water-soluble particulate body, by which the thickness of a coating layer can be reduced and defects in the surface of the coating layer are reduced. The method for producing a coated water-soluble particulate body does not require cumbersome operations and shortens the production time, thereby enabling mass production. Specifically disclosed is a method for producing a coated water-soluble particulate body in which two or more coating layers are formed on the surface of a water-soluble particulate body. The method for producing a coated water-soluble particulate body is characterized by comprising a step A wherein after supplying a first coating material that contains a polyol component and an isocyanate component, a second coating material is additionally supplied to the surface of a first coating body that has a coating layer, which is the first coating material that has not been sufficiently cured, so that a second coating body that is provided with a coating layer of the second coating material is obtained.
