Motilin-like peptide compound having transmucosal absorbability imparted thereto |
abstract |
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a motilin-like peptide compound which maintains the digestive tract motor-stimulating activity of motilin and to which a high absorbability in transmucosal administration is imparted. For this purpose, motilin derivatives are designed and synthesized while considering the degradation passage of motilin at a transmucosal absorption site and the maintenance of the physiological activity of motilin. As a result, it is confirmed that a compound, which is characterized by having an amino acid substitution at the 21-position of natural motilin, shows a high absorbability in transmucosal administration and maintains the same activity as motilin. Thus, the present invention has been completed. |
