abstract |
Disclosed is a monoclonal antibody having an agonistic activity and capable of binding to human CD40. Specifically disclosed is a monoclonal antibody having an agonistic activity and capable of binding to human CD40, which has a heavy-chain constant region that is IgG2 in which at least a valine residue at position-234, a glutamine residue at position-237 and a proline residue at position-331 (as numbered according to the EU index as in Kabat et al.) are substituted by an alanine residue, an alanine residue and a serine residue, respectively. |
