abstract |
Disclosed is a novel compound which inhibits an activity of HSP90, in particular a novel compound which inhibits a function of HSP90 as a chaperone protein and has an antitumor activity. Specifically disclosed are: a pyrazolopyrimidine compound represented by formula (1) having various substituents, which inhibits an ATPase activity of HSP90 and has an antitumor activity; an HSP90 inhibitor which contains a compound represented by formula (1); a pharmaceutical formulation which contains a compound represented by formula (1); an antitumor agent which contains a compound represented by formula (1); a pharmaceutical composition which contains a compound represented by formula (1); and a method for treating a cancer, wherein a compound represented by formula (1) is used. |
