titleOfInvention | Detoxification method for obtaining a zincky pigmentary compound with no ecotoxicity |
abstract | The invention relates to a detoxification method for obtaining a pigmentary compound free from acute and chronic aquatic ecotoxicity including at least one zinc component with good anti-corrosive properties but high toxicity, such as: powder of zinc metal, or zinc oxide or hydroxide, or phosphate, borate, stearate, laurate, carbonate, hydroxycarbonate, polyphosphate, phosphite, pyrophosphate, phosphonate, silicate or ferrite, characterised in that said powder also comprises at least said phosphate or hydrogen phosphate such as: - magnesium, which can be MgHPO,3HO or Mg(PO),5HO; - sodium, which can be NaPO10HO or NaPO,12HO or NaHPO,7HO or NaHPO12HO; - potassium, which can be KPO or KHPO; - calcium, which can be CaHPO,2HO or Ca(PO); - strontium, which can be SrHPO or Sr(PO); - aluminium AlPO; - ammonium, which can be (NH)PO,3HO or (NH)HPO; - organic which can be guanidine, or any other compound made up of said cations Mg, Ca, Sr, etc., such as carbonates, oxides, silicates, phosphites, pyrophosphates or phosphonates, said non-toxic phosphates, hydrogen carbonates, carbonates, oxides, silicates, phosphites or pyrophosphates enabling a very considerable reduction of the toxic power of said zinc compound, while maintaining the good anti-corrosive properties thereof. |
