abstract |
An impaired nervous function repairing agent including a hydrogel of a polysaccharide derivative that has a complex elastic modulus 1 to 1000 N/m and a loss coefficient of 0.01 to 2.0 calculated at an angular velocity of 10 rad/sec using a dynamic viscoelasticity measuring device filled with a 0.5 wt% aqueous solution. The impaired nervous function repairing agent is available in a form of a hydrogel capable of being injected with an injector, has excellent retentivity inside the body, and is effective at recovering a damaged or degenerated nervous function. |
