The invention relates to a glycosaminoglycan composition for the treatment of diabetic foot ulcers. More specifically, the invention relates to low-molecular-weight heparins (LMWH) and very-low-molecular-weight heparins (VLMWH) in the treatment of chronic ulcers, particularly diabetic foot ulcers, and, in particular, in the production of a drug for the treatment of chronic ulcers, particularly diabetic foot ulcers and pressure ulcers. |
