abstract A process for producing a radioactive fluorine labeled compound, including the step (S10) of heating a mixture containing [F] fluoride ions, a phase-transfer catalyst, potassium ions and water in a reactor vessel to thereby evaporate off the water from the mixture, wherein there is provided the step (S12) of, during the heating of the reactor vessel, measuring the temperature of an emission pipe for emission of the water evaporated off, and provided the step (S16) of completing the evaporation-off operation at time determined on the basis of temperature measurement results in the temperature measuring step (S12). Accordingly, in the process for producing a radioactive fluorine labeled organic compound, the content of water present in the mixture can be regulated so as to fall within an appropriate range, thereby realizing a stable yield.
