The present invention relates to an enteric coated, high drug load drug which is an acid labile drug which is sensitive to a low pH environment of less than 3, e.g. ddl, wherein the composition is also in the form of beads or tablets and includes an enteric coating, a methacrylic acid copolymer, and a plasticizer, but does not require an underlayer; the beads also have a non-stick coating. The so-called beads have excellent disintegration resistance at a pH of less than 3, but have excellent drug release properties at a pH above 4.5. |
