titleOfInvention | METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR PRODUCING A PLANT SUBSTRATE MIXTURE |
abstract | In a process for generating a plant substrate for soil renewal, 50-70%, preferably 55-65%, of ceramic-like base materials are mixed with 15-25%, preferably with 20%, of sewage sludge from communal water treatment plants and with 10-40%, preferably 18-22%, of fibre sludge from the paper and cellulose industry, in each case based on moist end product, and with inorganic and/or organic additives. This is done by means of a system which consists of a central conveyor belt, premixers arranged upstream, a mixer and suitable metering and discharging devices. <IMAGE> |
