titleOfInvention MIXTURE FOR THE PRODUCTION OF FIBROUS MOLDED BODIES, THEIR USE, THE MOLDED BODIES MADE THEREOF AND A METHOD FOR THE PRODUCTION OF HEAT-TREATED CELLULOSE FIBERS
abstract The invention proposes a mixture for producing fibre- containing, preferably hydraulically bound, shaped bodies, in particular by the wet method, which, as is customary, contain at least one binder, cellulose fibres, in particular pulp fibres, and if desired other fibres, in particular organic synthetic fibres, and/or fibrids and also, if desired, reactive and/or inert inorganic fillers, customary additives and modifiers and, if desired, make-up water and in which at least part of the cellulose fibres are ones which have previously been heat- treated in the presence of a fibre separating agent, in particular have previously been subjected to a drying treatment in the presence of a fibre separating agent, preferably at final fibre temperatures above 100 degree C, in particular in the range from 100 to 140 degree C, particularly preferably about 120 degree C, where the fibre separating agents used are finely divided solids which are advantageously suitable as constituents of fibrocement mixtures and the cellulose fibres are, in particular, added to the mixture together with these solids, and also the use of this mixture in a process, in particular a wet process, for producing shaped bodies.
