abstract | The present invention relates to a membrane arrangement for the permeative separation of a gas from gas mixtures, comprising a porous, gas-permeable, metallic carrier substrate (2), a membrane (8), which is selectively permeable to the gas to be separated and formed on the carrier substrate (2), between the carrier substrate (2) and the membrane (8), ceramic, gas-permeable, porous, first intermediate layer (6) arranged directly on the carrier substrate, at least superficially connected to the carrier substrate (3, 3 ', 3 "), metallic coupling material (4; 4 "), wherein the gas-permeable surface of the carrier substrate is separated from the gas-tight surface of the coupling part by a boundary line (5). In this case, the first intermediate layer (6) extends in the direction of the coupling part (4, 4 ") on the gas-permeable surface of the porous carrier substrate at least up to a distance of 2 mm up to the boundary line (5) in the direction of the coupling part (4; 4 ") on the gas-tight surface of the coupling part at most over a distance of 2 mm beyond the boundary line (5). |
