PROCEDURE FOR THE MANUFACTURE OF IN-SITT POLYURETHANE FOAM PADDED PRODUCTS IN A TEXTILE WRAPPING, WHICH INCLUDES: DISPOSING SUCCESSIVELY IN A MOLD A TEXTILE MATERIAL WHICH IS APPLIED WITH AN OPEN CELL AND COMUNIC CELL FOAM, WATERTIGHT; ADHERE BY SUCTION THE RESULTING COMPLEX, INTENDED TO BUILD THE WRAPPING OF THE PADDED PRODUCT, ON THE INTERIOR WALL OF THE MOLD; CAST IN SUCH MOLD A FOAMING MIXTURE OF POLYURETHANE THAT EXPANDS AND GELIFIES AFTER THE CLOSING OF SUCH MOLD; AND FINALLY PERFORM A MICROPERFORATION OF SUCH A SEALED GLUE FILM, WARMING IT UP TO ITS SOFTENING AND SUBMITTING IT FOR THE SUCTION, WHICH GIVES GOOD PERMEABILITY TO THE WATER VAPOR, ALLOWING THE EFFECT OF SUCTION IN SUCTION. GELIFICATION PROCESS, WHICH CAUSES THE BREAKING OF ITS CELLS SO THAT THE RESULTING FOAM PADDED PRODUCT PRESENTS EARLY AFTER POLYMERIZATION AND REMOVAL, OPEN AND COMMUNICATING CONSTITUTIVE CELLS. |
