titleOfInvention CRYSTALLINE FORMS OF 3- (2,6-DICHLORO-3,5-DIMETOXY-PHENYL) -1- {6- [4- (4-ETHYL-PIPERAZIN-1-IL) -PHENYL-AMINO] -PYRIMIDIN-4- IL} -1-METHYL-UREA AND SALTS OF THE SAME
abstract The present technology provides anhydrous and hydrated crystalline forms of 3- (2,6-dichloro-3,5-dimethoxy-phenyl) -1- {6- [4- (4-ethyl-piperazin-1-yl) -phenyl- amino] -pyrimidin-4-yl} -1-methyl-urea, anhydrous crystalline and amorphous polymorphs of their monophosphoric acid salt, and the hydrochloride salt, including its dihydrate. The present technology further provides methods for the preparation of the different forms, compositions containing them, and methods for treatment using the same. Claim 1: An anhydrous crystalline form of the compound of formula (1), wherein the anhydrous crystalline form has an X-ray powder diffraction pattern comprising a characteristic peak, in terms of 2q, at about 12 °.
