abstract |
Multispecific binding proteins that bind to and kill human cancer cells expressing B-cell maturation antigen (BCMA), as well as pharmaceutical compositions and therapeutic methods useful for treating BCMA-expressing cancer. Also multispecific binding proteins that bind to and kill BCMA-expressing human cancer cells, and exhibit high potency and maximum target cell lysis compared to anti-BCMA monoclonal antibodies. Claim 1: A protein characterized in that it comprises: (a) a first antigen-binding site comprising a single-chain variable fragment (scFv) that binds to NKG2D; (b) a second antigen-binding site that binds to B cell maturation antigen (BCMA); and (c) an antibody Fc domain or a portion thereof sufficient to bind CD16, or a third antigen-binding site that binds CD16. |
