abstract The disclosure relates to pharmaceutically acceptable compounds and salts, and compositions thereof. Methods for preparing the compounds and methods involving the compounds or compositions for treating disorders and diseases described herein are also provided. Claim 1: A compound of the formula (1), or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, wherein: R¹ is selected from the group consisting of hydroxyl, or a compound from the group of formulas (2); and R² is selected from the group consisting of the compounds of the group of formulas (3) wherein m is 0, 1, 2 or 3; n is 1, 2 or 3; o is 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 or 6; p is 1, 2, 3, 4, or 5; q is 1, 2, 3, 4, or 5, where the sum of p and q is 2, 3, 4, 5, or 6; r is 2, 3 or 4; s is 2, 3, or 4, where the sum of r and s is 4, 5, or 6; X is O, S, NR⁶ or SO₂; R³ is hydrogen, C₁₋₄ alkyl, C₁₋₈ hydroxyalkyl, C₃₋₈ cycloalkyl or C₀₋₆ phenylalkyl; R⁴ is hydrogen; R⁵ is hydrogen, hydroxy, or cyano; or R⁴ and R⁵ together form = O; and R⁶ is hydrogen, C₁₋₆ alkyl, C₃₋₈ cycloalkyl, C₀₋₆ phenylalkyl, C₁₋₆-CO- alkyl, C₀₋₆-CO- cycloalkyl, C₁₋₆-SO₂ alkyl- or C₀₋₆-SO₂- cycloalkyl C₃₋₈alkyl.
