abstract | These compounds can be used as insecticides and can be prepared in a manner known per se. Claim 1: A compound of formula (1), wherein A is CH or N; X is S, SO or SO₂; R¹ is C₁₋₄ alkyl, C₁₋₄ haloalkyl or C₃₋₆ cycloalkyl-C₁₋₄ alkyl; R⁷ and R⁸ are, independently of each other, C₁₋₆ alkyl, C₁₋₆ haloalkyl, C₃₋₆ cycloalkyl, C₁₋₆ cyanoalkyl, C₁₋₄ alkoxy-C₁₋₄ alkyl, pyridyl or phenyl, wherein said pyridyl or phenyl can be mono- or polysubstituted with substituents selected from the group consisting of halogen, cyano, C₁₋₄ alkyl, C₁₋₄ haloalkyl, C₁₋₄ haloalkoxy, C₁₋₄ alkoxy, C₁₋₄ haloalkylsulfanyl, C₁₋₄ haloalkylsulfinyl, haloalkylsulfonyl C₁₋₄ and -C (O) (C₁₋₄ haloalkyl); or R⁷ and R⁸, together with the sulfur atom to which they are attached, form a four to six member annular system, saturated, said annular system may be mono- or polysubstituted with substituents selected from the group consisting of halogen, cyano , C₁₋₄ alkyl, C₁₋₄ alkoxy and C₁₋₄ haloalkyl; and said annular system may contain a heteroatom selected from the group consisting of nitrogen, oxygen and sulfur; n is 0 or 1; Q is a radical selected from the group consisting of the formula Q¹ to Q³ of the group of formulas (2), where the arrow indicates the point of attachment to the ring that incorporates the radical A; and where X¹ is O, S or NR³, where R³ is C₁₋₄ alkyl; R² is halogen, C₁₋₆ haloalkyl, C₁₋₄ haloalkylsulfanyl, C₁₋₄ haloalkylsulfinyl, C₁₋₄ haloalkylsulfonyl or C₁₋₆ haloalkoxy; G¹ is N or CH; G² and G³ are, independently of each other, N or CH; and salts, stereoisomers, enantiomers, tautomers and agrochemically acceptable N-oxides of the compounds of formula (1). Claim 15: A compound of formula (3), or E / Z tautomers and isomers thereof; where Rᶠ is haloalkyl C₁₋₆; and Y¹ is independently halogen or C₁₋₄ alkoxy; or the two radicals Y¹ in a compound of formula (3) together form a group -O- (CH₂) ₘ-O-, where m is 2, 3 or 4. |
