Claim 1: A substituted imidazo [4,5-b] pyrazin-2-ol compound or a 1H-imidazo [4,5-b] pyrazin-2 (3H) -one substituted compound, characterized in that it is selected from: 6- (1H-1,2,3-triazol-4-yl) -1- (ethylpropyl) imidazo [4,5-b] pyrazin-2-ol;
