titleOfInvention MICROBICIDE HETEROBICYCLIC DERIVATIVES
abstract In addition, this refers to agrochemical compositions comprising compounds of formula (1), the preparation of these compositions and the use of the compounds or compositions in agriculture or horticulture to combat, prevent or control infestation of plants, food crops collected, seeds or inert materials due to phytopathogenic microorganisms, in particular, fungi. Claim 1: A compound of formula (1), wherein R¹ and R² are each independently selected from hydrogen, cyano, C₁₋₆ alkyl, C₃₋₇ cycloalkyl, C₂₋₆ alkenyl and C₂₋₆ alkynyl, wherein the groups alkyl, cycloalkyl, alkenyl and alkynyl may optionally be substituted with 1 to 3 substituents independently selected from halogen, C₁₋₆ alkoxy and C₁₋₆ alkylthio; or R¹ and R² together with the carbon atom to which they are attached represent a C₃₋₁₀ cycloalkyl group (which may be optionally substituted with 1 to 3 substituents independently selected from the group consisting of halogen, C₁₋₆ alkyl, C₁₋₆ alkoxy and C₁₋₆ alkylthio); R³ and R⁴ are each independently selected from hydrogen, halogen, hydroxyl, C₁₋₆ alkyl, C₁₋₆ alkoxy, C₃₋₇ cycloalkyl, C₂₋₆ alkenyl and C₂₋₆ alkynyl, in which the alkyl, alkoxy, cycloalkyl groups , alkenyl and alkynyl may optionally be substituted with 1 to 3 independently selected substituents: between halogen, C₁₋₆ alkoxy and C₁₋₆ alkylthio; or R³ and R⁴ together with the carbon atom to which they are attached represent C = O, C = NORᵃ, C = C (Rᵇ) (Rᶜ) or C₃₋₁₀ cycloalkyl (which may be optionally substituted with 1 to 3 substituents independently selected from the group consisting of halogen, C₁₋₆ alkyl, C₁₋₆ alkoxy and C₁₋₆ alkylthio); or R² and R³ together with the carbon atoms to which they are attached represent C₅₋₁₀ cycloalkyl (which may be optionally substituted with 1 to 3 substituents independently selected from the group consisting of halogen, C₁₋₆ alkyl, alkoxy C₁₋₆ and alkylthio C₁₋₆ and, additionally, an annular carbon unit may be replaced by an oxygen or sulfur atom); each R⁵ independently represents halogen, hydroxyl, mercapto, nitro, cyano, formyl, C₁₋₆ alkyl, C₂₋₆ alkenyl, C₂₋₆ alkynyl, C₃₋₇ cycloalkyl, C₁₋₆ alkoxy, C₃₋₆ alkenyloxy, C₃₋₆ alkynyloxy , C₁₋₆ alkylthio, -C (= NORᵃ) (C₁₋₆ alkyl), (C₁₋₆ alkyl) carbonyl, aryl, heteroaryl, aryloxy or heteroaryloxy, in which the alkyl, cycloalkyl, alkenyl, alkynyl, alkoxy groups, alkenyloxy, alkynyloxy, aryl and heteroaryl may optionally be substituted with 1 to 5 substituents independently selected from halogen, C₁₋₆ alkyl, C₁₋₆ alkoxy, cyano and C₁₋₆ alkylthio; n is 0, 1, 2, 3 or 4; R⁶ is hydrogen, halogen, C₁₋₆ alkyl or C₁₋₆ alkoxy; Each R⁷ represents. independently hydroxy, mercapto, cyano, halogen, C₁₋₆ alkyl, C₁₋₆ haloalkyl, C₂₋₆ alkenyl, C₂₋₆ alkynyl, C₂₋₆ haloalkenyl, C₃₋₆ haloalkynyl, C₁₋₆ alkylthio, C₁₋₆ haloalkoxy, haloalkylthio C₁₋₆, (C₁₋₆ alkoxy) carbonyl, (C₁₋₆ alkyl) carbonyl, C₃₋₇ cycloalkyl, C₁₋₆ alkoxy, C₃₋₆ alkenyloxy or C₃₋₆ alkynyloxy; m is 0, 1, 2, 3 or 4; or two adjacent R⁷ substituents together with the carbon atoms to which they are attached represent a C₅₋₇ cycloalkyl (which may be optionally substituted with 1 to 3 substituents independently selected from the group consisting of halogen, C₁₋₆ alkyl , C₁₋₆ alkoxy and C₁₋₆ alkylthio and, additionally, an annular carbon unit may be replaced by an oxygen or sulfur atom); Rᵃ is selected from hydrogen, C₁₋₆ alkyl, C₃₋₇ cycloalkyl, C₃₋₆ alkenyl and C₃₋₆ alkynyl, in which the alkyl, cycloalkyl, alkenyl and alkynyl groups may be optionally substituted with 1 to 3 independently selected substituents between halogen, C₁₋₆ alkoxy and C₁₋₆ alkylthio; Rᵇ and Rᶜ are each independently selected from hydrogen, halogen, cyano, C₁₋₆ alkyl, C₃₋₇ cycloalkyl, C₂₋₆ alkenyl, C₂₋₆ alkynyl, C₁₋₆ alkoxy and C₁₋₆ alkylthio, in which the groups alkyl, cycloalkyl, alkenyl and alkynyl may optionally be substituted with 1 to 3 substituents independently selected from halogen, C₁₋₆ alkoxy and C₁₋₆ alkylthio; or one of its salts or N-oxides.
