Claim 14: Trichothecene transforming additive characterized in that the additive contains metal ions and an alcoholic dehydrogenase with the sequence and identifier ID No. 1 containing a quinonic factor or a functional variety with a sequence identity of at least 80%, preferably at least 86%, especially preferably at least 89%, and as appropriate additionally with at least one other component selected from the group consisting of a redox cofactor and an adjuvant. Claim 21: Use of at least one additive according to one of claims 14 to 20 for the manufacture of a preparation for the prophylaxis and / or treatment of mycotoxicosis by trichothecenes, preferably of mycotoxicosis caused by trichothecenes with a hydroxyl group on the C- atom 3, and especially mycotoxicosis due to deoxinivalenol.
