R¹² represents a hydrogen atom, a C₁₋₆ chain hydrocarbon group that optionally has one or more halogen atoms, a C₁₋₆ alkyl group having a substituent selected from Group F, or an S (O) ₂R²³; R²³ represents a C₁₋₆ chain hydrocarbon group that optionally has one or more halogen atoms, or a phenyl group that optionally has one or more substituents selected from Group D; R¹¹ᵃ and R¹²ᵃ combine together with a nitrogen atom to which they are attached to form a 3 to 7 membered non-aromatic heterocyclic group {the 3 to 7 membered non-aromatic heterocyclic group represents aziridine, azetidine, pyrrolidine, imidazoline, imidazolidine, piperidine , tetrahydropyrimidine, hexahydropyrimidine, piperazine, azepane, oxazolidine, isooxazolidine, 1,3-oxazinan, morpholine, 1,4-oxazepane, thiazolidine, isothiazolidine, 1,3-thiazinan, thiomorpholine, or 1,4-thiazepane may have, one or more substituents selected from Group E}; R¹³ represents a hydrogen atom, a C₁₋₆ chain hydrocarbon group that optionally has one or more halogen atoms, a C₃₋₇ cycloalkyl group that optionally has one or more halogen atoms, a (C₃₋₆ cycloalkyl) alkyl group C₁₋₃ that optionally has one or more halogen atoms, a phenyl group that optionally has one or more substituents selected from Group D, or a 5- or 6-membered aromatic heterocyclic group that optionally has one or more substituents selected from Group D;
