titleOfInvention CONDITIONING COMPOSITION
abstract A conditioning composition comprising from 0.4 to 8% by weight of fatty alcohol having between 8 and 22 carbon atoms; from 0.1 to 2% by weight of cationic surface active agent and water component; wherein said composition has a stretching mass that ranges from 1 to 250 g and is characterized in that [SIC] from 0.001 to 0.5% by weight of benzyl alcohol. Claim 2: A conditioning composition comprising a conditioning gel phase that can be obtained by the following steps: forming a co-fusion in a first container comprising fatty alcohol and cationic component, and between 0 and 15% by weight of water [SIC] in co-fusion (A); add the co-fusion to a second container containing water at a temperature ranging from 50 to 60 ° C (B); and mix; characterized in that the temperature of the co-fusion mixture and the water in the second vessel (B) is controlled in such a way that it is maintained between 56 and 65 ° C, preferably between 58 and 62 ° C, more preferably, 60 ° C; in which the fatty alcohol has from 8 to 22 carbon atoms and in which the cationic component comprises from 0 to 70% by weight of cationic component - the cationic surface active agents have the formula N⁺R¹R²R³R⁴- more preferably, from 30 to 60% by weight of cationic surface active agent component, and in which R¹, R², R³ and R⁴ are independently alkyl or benzyl (C₁₋₃₀); and [SIC] from 0.001 to 0.5% by weight of benzyl alcohol. Claim 5: A conditioning composition comprising a conditioning gel phase that can be obtained by the following steps: forming an aqueous dispersion of fatty alcohol and amidoamine; add a cationic surfactant to the aqueous dispersion and mix; and neutralize amidoamine; characterized in that the temperature of the cationic surfactant mixture in the aqueous dispersion is maintained between 56 ° C and 67 ° C, and [SIC] from 0.001 to 0.5% by weight of benzyl alcohol.
