Claim 1: Pharmaceutical solid oral composition of the bilayer, three-layer or central core type intended for a systemic action, containing agomelatine or one of its hydrates, complexes, co-crystals, crystalline forms, amorphous form, acid addition salts or a pharmaceutically acceptable base, characterized in that it is constituted: by one or more active peripheral layers "A" containing agomelatine and excipients, by a placebo layer "B" containing only the excipients.
