titleOfInvention FRAMES SUPPORTS COILS OF WIDE AND HIGH VARIABLE CENTER
abstract Frame for reel support of: plastic film film (BOPP, CAST, BOPA, PET), papers, wires, cables, hoses, fabric threads or all kinds of materials that are sold wound either in an anchor with aerial or hanging fastening. The aim is achieved in the design of a wooden, metal or plastic frame with a center of pressed wood for this work whose specifications are square or rectangular wooden tops or any other material with a center of 6 inches or any other diameter with surfaces free between frames. It can be made of different types of wood or other material, the measurements correspond to the one designed by me with tables of pine or saligna of 18 mm. or 70 mm./x 570 mm./ and 600 mm./long and chipboard or tear centers. In all figures, the same reference numbers indicate the same or corresponding elements. As can be seen in the drawings, the improvements in suspended ceilings object of the present are constituted by intermediate support pieces 1, between a mezzanine or a support frame 2, which is not part of the present and panels 3, preferably square. Each of the intermediate support pieces 1, is formed by a sheet folded on itself, symmetrically, forming a core portion 4, composed of two flat parts 5 and 6, which extend parallel to each other from a line folding 7. Each of the parts 5 and 6, is continued in a respective wing portion 8, 9, extended outwardly from the soul portion 4; a preferred configuration of each wing portion 8, 9 is illustrated in the figures, in which each of them is inclined away from the plane of symmetry, but neither the foundation nor the function of the present would be modified if, for example, the wing portions 8, 9, will project outward from the corresponding portions of souls 5 and 6, in a direction perpendicular to the plane of symmetry. Each of the portions of souls 5 and 6, is provided with a plurality of protruding tongues 10, respectively 11, tongues that are longitudinally aligned and facing those of portion 5, with those of portion 6. as shown in the figure 2. Between each of the projecting tabs 10 and 11 and the respective portion 5 and 6, a pressure insertion space of a rib 12, arranged on the inner face 13, of each side of a skirt is formed flat that emerges from the perimeter of the panel 3. Securing the intermediate support pieces 1, to a mezzanine or to the components 2, of a support frame thanks to the wing portions 8 and 9, so that said support pieces are aligned equidistant separated by a magnitude equal to the length of one side of the panel 3, the corresponding sides of adjacent panels may be inserted in the space determined between the tabs 10 and 11 and the core portions 5 and 6, so that the r spectral rib 12, is wedged by the corresponding tongue and pressed elastically by it against the respective core portion. At present, a variety of clamping modalities are known in the art and these modalities are made of solid materials which hinder their handling due to the weight and adhesion generated by the windy effect when it is stacked. In addition, in certain materials the edges on the edge of the same generate sharp injuries in people and other materials used in the packaging such as: Film strich. This not only improves the mentioned aspects but also generates: better use of transport units, lowering 30% the weight of the same can be loaded more finished product; better productivity due to less assembly time and improvements in the rates of absences due to lumbar and cutting injuries; less pollution due to the use of recycled materials and wood with FSC certification brushed and dried for better assembly.
