Claim 1: A compound of the formula (1) or a salt or zwitterion thereof, wherein R, R¹ and R⁴ are independently H or linear or branched C₁₋₃ alkyl; R² and R³ are independently linear or branched C₁₋₆ alkyl, or R², R³, together with the carbon to which they are attached form cycloalkyl Cquil and R⁵ is H or linear or branched C₁₋₆ alkyl optionally substituted with: OH, C (= O) OH, C (= O) NH₂, SH, CH₃S, HOOCCH (NH₂) CH₂S-S-CH₂-, phenyl, hydroxyphenyl, imidazolyl or indoyl; or R⁴ and R⁵, together with the atoms to which they are attached form a pyrrolidine ring optionally substituted with OH.
