abstract | Claim 1: A process for the enantioselective preparation of the 3-difluoromethyl-1 acid ((1S, 4R) -9-dichloromethylene-1,2,3,4-tetrahydro-1,4-methanonaphthalen-5-yl) amide -methyl-1H-pyrazol-4-carboxylic of formula (1) comprising the process a) reducing a compound of formula (2) with an enantioselective reagent to obtain a compound of formula (3); b) dehydrate the compound of formula (3) in the presence of an acid to obtain the compound of formula (4); c) reacting the compound of formula (4) with hydroxylamine to obtain the compound of formula (5); and d) acylating the oxime of the oxime of the compound of formula (5) in the presence of a solvent and an acylating agent and finally reacting the product obtained with the compound of formula (6); or e) reacting the compound of formula (5) with an excess of the compound of formula (6). |
