abstract | The present provides a compound that has superior activity as an ERR-a modulator and useful as an agent for the prevention or treatment of diseases associated with ERR-a such as malignant tumors of various types. Claim 1: A compound represented by formula (1) wherein A is a cyclic group that optionally has substituents; La is a bond, -O-, -CO-, -S-, -SO-, -SO2-, -NRL1- or -NRL1-CO-; Lb is a bond or a C1-3 alkylene group which optionally has substituents; Lc is a bond, -CO-, -O-CO-, -NRL2-CO-, -SO2- or -NRL2-SO2-; RL1 and RL2 are each, independently, a hydrogen atom, a hydrocarbon group that optionally has substituents, a heterocyclic group that optionally has substituents, a hydroxy group that optionally has a substituent, an amino group that optionally has substituents or a acyl group; G ring is a saturated 4-10 membered heterocycle containing a nitrogen atom as a constituent heteroatom of the ring, which is optionally bridged and optionally has substituents; and E is a group represented by the formula (2) or (3) wherein X is -S-, -O- or -NRX-; and R1, R2, R3 and RX are each, independently, a hydrogen atom, a hydrocarbon group that optionally has substituents, a heterocyclic group that optionally has substituents, a hydroxy group that optionally has a substituent, an amino group that optionally it has substituents or an acyl group or R1 and R2 in combination optionally form, together with the adjacent nitrogen atom, a nitrogen-containing heterocycle that optionally has substituents or R1 and R3 in combination optionally form, together with the adjacent nitrogen atoms, a 5-7 membered nitrogen containing heterocycle that optionally has substituents; or one of its salts. |
