abstract | Its preparation and its use as pharmaceutically active compounds. Claim 1: A compound of the formula (1), wherein n represents 1 or 2; one of X and Y represents -N- or -N (O) - and the other represents -N- or -C (R6) -; R1 represents hydrogen or methyl and R2 represents hydrogen, C1-2 alkyl, deutero-C1-2 alkyl, hydroxy methyl or heterocyclyl methyl; or R1 and R2 form, together with the carbon atom to which they are attached, a saturated carbocyclic ring of 3 to 6 members; and R3 represents an aryl, an aryloxy, an aryl-C1-2 alkyl, a heteroaryl or a heteroaryloxy group said groups are independently substituted once, twice, three or four times in the aromatic moiety, where the substituents are independently selected from group consisting of C1-3 alkyl, C3-6 cycloalkyl, C1-3 alkoxy, hydroxyC1-2 alkyl, C1-3 fluoroalkyl, C1-3 fluoroalkoxy, C1-2 alkylcarbonyl, cyano, -CONH2, halogen and phenoxy; or R1 represents hydrogen and R2 and R3 form, together with the carbon atom to which they are attached, an indanyl group or a tetrahydronaphthyl group, said groups are in the aromatic moiety independently substituted once, twice or three times, where the substituents are selected independently of the group consisting of C1-3 alkyl, C1-3 fluoroalkyl and halogen; and R4, R5 and R6 independently represent each other hydrogen, C1-3 alkyl, C3-6 cycloalkyl, C1-3 alkoxy, C1-3 fluoroalkyl or halogen; or a salt of said compound. |
