A process for preparing said pharmaceutical composition. A method of treatment of peripheral vasculopathies, ischemic syndrome of the lower limbs due to chronic occlusive arterial disease (intermittent claudication), pain, ulcers, trophic disorders, paraesthesia, cold sensation, secondary prevention after revascularization procedures, which consists of administer a dose unit comprising between 10 mg and 500 mg, preferably between 20 mg and 300 mg, more preferably between 25 mg and 250 mg, of the active substance. The use of the combination of pellets, spherical units or microgranules for the manufacture of a medicament for the treatment of peripheral vasculopathies, ischemic syndrome of the lower limbs due to chronic occlusive arterial disease (intermittent claudication), pain, ulcers, trophic disorders, paraesthesia, cold sensation, secondary prevention after revascularization procedures. |
