abstract | Compounds, compositions and method for making medicaments are described. These compounds are useful for treating conditions and disorders that include pain. Claim 1: A compound of formula (1) wherein Y is i) a C6-10 aryl or ii) a heteroaryl selected from the group consisting of thiazolyl, oxazolyl, pyridinyl, and pyrimidinyl, wherein Y is not substituted or substituted with one or two substituents each of which is independently selected from the group consisting of fluorine, chlorine, C1-4 alkyl, C1-4 alkoxy, cyano, and trifluoromethyl ; Z is selected from the group consisting of i) a C6-10 aryl, ii) a heteroaryl selected from the group consisting of benzoxazolyl, benzothiazolyl, benzothienyl, indazolyl, and indolyl, or iii) phenylmethyl-phenyl; wherein the phenylmethyl phenyl is not substituted, or is substituted with one or two substituents each of which is independently selected from the group consisting of bromine, chlorine, fluorine, iodine, C1-4 alkyl, C1-4 alkoxy, and trifluoromethyl; wherein C6-10 aryl and Z heteroaryl are not substituted or substituted with one or two substituents each of which is independently selected from the group consisting of bromine, chlorine, fluorine, iodine, C1-4 alkyl, alkoxy C1-4, trifluoromethyl, and phenyl, with the proviso that no more than one Z substituent is phenyl and said phenyl is not substituted or substituted with one or two substituents each of which is independently selected from the group consisting of trifluoromethyl, chlorine, cyano, and fluorine; n is 1 or 2; and enantiomers, diastereomers, and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof. |
