abstract Claim 1: A process for the preparation of the compound of formula (1) said process comprises a) reacting the compound of formula (2), with cyclopentadiene in the presence of an alkyl nitrite and an inert solvent until obtaining a compound of formula (3) ; b) reacting the compound of formula (3) in the presence of an oxidant and an inert solvent until obtaining the compound of formula (4); c) hydrogenate the compound of formula (4) in the presence of a metal catalyst and an inert solvent under hydrogen atmosphere until obtaining the compound of formula (5); d) reacting the compound of formula (5) in the presence of a Brönsted acid followed by a reducing agent until obtaining the compound of formula (6); e) reacting the compound of formula (6) with a compound of formula (7), in the presence of a base until a compound of formula (8) is obtained; f) converting the compound of formula (8) in the presence of an oxidizing agent in the compound of formula (9); and g) reacting the compound of formula (9) in the presence of triphenylphosphane / carbon tetrachloride or triphenylphosphane / bromotricloromethane until obtaining the compound of formula (1). Claim 8: The compound of formula (4). Claim 9: The compound of formula (5). Claim 10: The compound of formula (6). Claim 11: The compound of formula (8).
