| abstract | Claim 1: Dermatological and / or pharmaceutical composition, characterized in that it contains, as essential active agents, an association of peroxidized lipids and zinc in mineral form or in the form of a compound compatible with a dermatological use, and said composition is formulated for topical application on the skin or mucous membranes. Claim 4: Composition according to one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that said peroxidized lipids comprise, by way of active agents or major constituents with respect to the total active ingredients, partially oxidized triglycerides that respond to the general formula: ( 1) in which the radicals R are partially peroxidized C18 unsaturated acids. Claim 6: Composition according to claim 5, characterized in that the natural oil is chosen from the group consisting of sweet almond oil, hazelnut oil, peanut oil, corn oil, grape seed oil, sesame oil and safflower oil and mixtures thereof. Claim 13: Composition according to one of claims 1 to 12, characterized in that it is presented in the form of a gel comprising, in relative weight-peroxidized lipid percentage of 50 to 95%; - Zinc or zinc compound from 1.0 to 25%; - a gelling agent comprising silicon dioxide of 1 to 10.0%; - possibly a preservative agent of 0.1 to 1.0%; - possibly 0.5 to 5% aromas. Claim 14: Composition according to one of claims 1 to 10, characterized in that it is in the form of a cream made from an emulsion, in particular, oil-in-water type, and the oily phase of said emulsion is constituted by peroxidized lipids representing 1 to 25% by weight of said composition. |
