Claim 1: A compound of formula (1) wherein A is CR2 or N; p is 0 or 1; R1 is pyrid-4-yl optionally substituted with one or two substituents each independently selected from halogen, C1-3 alkyl, C1-3 haloalkyl or C1-3 alkoxy; R2 is hydrogen, halogen, C1-3 haloalkyl or C1-3 haloalkoxy; R3 and R4 are independently hydrogen, halogen, cyano, C1-8 alkyl, C1-8 haloalkyl, C2-8 alkenyl, C2-8 haloalkenyl, C3-8 cycloalkyl, C3-8 halocycloalkyl, C1-8 alkoxy, C1-8 haloalkoxy , C1-8 alkylthio or C1-8 haloalkylthio; R5 is hydrogen or halogen; and R 8 is hydrogen, halogen, cyano, C 1-8 alkyl, C 1-8 haloalkyl, C 3-8 cycloalkyl, C 2-8 alkenyl, C 2-8 haloalkenyl, C 2-8 alkynyl, C 1-8 alkoxy or C 1-8 haloalkoxy or its Salt.
