abstract An amidophenoxyindazole compound of the formula (1), wherein: R 1 is H or methyl; R2 is amino, dimethylamino, fluoro, cyclopropyl, pyridyl optionally substituted with an amino substituent or 1-2-methyl substituents, pyrazolyl optionally substituted with two methyl substituents, 2-methoxy-pyrimidin-5-yl, 4-methylosulfonylphenyl, tetrahydro-2H -piran-4-ylamino, (tetrahydro-2H-pyran-4-yl) amino carbonyl, or a morpholin-4-yl substituent of formula (2), wherein, Ra, Rb and Rc are independently selected from H or methyl; R3 is H or F; R4 is H, methyl, piperidin-1-ylmethyl, morpholin-4-ylmethyl, or pyrazol-1-ylmethyl; R5 is H or F; and X is CH = N, CH = CH, CH = C (CH3), C (CH3) = CH, C (CH3) = N, N (CH3), or C (morpholin-4-ylmethyl) = CH; or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. Pharmaceutical composition that comprises it and its use to prepare a medicine useful in the treatment of cancer.
