Claim 21: A compound of the formula (3) or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, wherein: R50 is CONR54R55 or CN; R51 is C3-14 cycloalkyl which may be unsubstituted or substituted by C1-3alkyl, or OH; Z is CH or N; and V is NR56 or CHR57; R54 and R55 are independently H, or C1-3 alkyl; R52, R53, R56 and R57 are independently H, C1-8 alkyl, C3-14 cycloalkyl, halo- C1-8 alkyl, NR58R59, C (O) OR60, C (O) -C1-8 alkyl, C0-8 alkyl - (O) -C0-8-NR61R62 alkyl, C1-8 alkoxy, C1-8-R63 alkyl, C (O)-5-14 membered cyclo-heteroalkyl group, C3-14 cycloalkyl group, each of which , when it is not H, it may be substituted by one or more of C1-8 alkyl, OH or CN; R58, R59, R60, R61, R62 and R63 are H or C1-8 alkyl.
