Claim 1: A compound of formula (1) wherein A is aryl or heteroaryl; B is a saturated or partially unsaturated heterocyclyl; C is aryl or heteroaryl; G is oxygen or sulfur; m is 0, 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5; n is 0, 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5; or is 0, 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5; p is 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5; each R1 is independently C1-8 alkyl; R2 is hydrogen, C1-8 alkyl, C1-8 alkylcarbonyl or C1-8 alkoxycarbonyl; each R3 is independently halogen, cyano, nitro, C1-8 alkyl, C1-8 haloalkyl, C2-8 alkenyl, C2-8 haloalkenyl, C2-8 alkynyl, C3-10 cycloalkyl, C1-8 alkoxy, C1-8 haloalkoxy - or C1-8 alkoxycarbonyl; each R4 is independently halogen, cyano, C1-8 alkyl, C1-8 haloalkyl, hydroxy, C1-8- alkoxy, C1-8 haloalkoxy, C1-8 alkylthio, C1-8- haloalkyl, C1-8 alkylsulfinyl, haloalkylsulfinyl C1-8-, alkylsulfonyl C1-8- or haloalkylsulfonyl C1-8-, or if two R4 are attached to the same carbon atom the two R4 together form = O, = N-OR7 or = CR8R9; R5 is C1-8 haloalkyl; Each R 6 is independently halogen, cyano, nitro, C 1-8 alkyl, C 1-8 haloalkyl, C 1-8 alkoxy, C 1-8 alkoxy, C 1-8 alkoxycarbonyl, C 1-8 alkylthio, C 1-8 alkyl halo, C 1-8 alkylsulfinyl, C 1-8 haloalkylsulfinyl, C 1-8 alkylsulfonyl or C 1-8 haloalkylsulfonyl; X is S, SO, SO2, S (NR10) or SO (NR10); R7 is hydrogen or C1-4 alkyl; R8 and R9 are independently of each other hydrogen or C1-4 alkyl; R 10 is hydrogen, cyano, nitro, C 1-8 alkyl, haloalkyl, C 1-8, C 1-8 alkylcarbonyl, C 1-8 alkyl halocarbonyl, C 1-8 alkoxycarbonyl, C 1-8 haloalkoxycarbonyl, C 1-8 alkylsulfonyl , C 1-8 haloalkylsulfonyl, C 1-4 aryl-alkylene or C 1-4 aryl-alkylene- where the aryl moiety is substituted with one to three R 11, or C 1-4 heteroaryl-alkylene or C 1-4 heteroaryl-alkylene wherein the heteroaryl portion is substituted with one to three R11, aryl or aryl substituted with one to five R11, or heteroaryl or heteroaryl substituted with one to five R11; and each R 11 is independently halogen, cyano, nitro, C 1-8 alkyl, C 1-8 haloalkyl, C 1-8 alkoxy or C 1-8 haloalkoxy, or C 1-8 alkoxycarbonyl; or a salt or an N-oxide thereof; with the proviso that if A is a group of formula (2), (3), (4), (5) or (6) where A1, A2, A3 and A4 are independently of each other C-H or nitrogen; n is 0, 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5, and each R3 is independently halogen, cyano, nitro, C1-8 alkyl, C1-8 haloalkyl, C2-8 alkenyl, C2-8 haloalkenyl, C2-8 alkynyl, C3-10 cycloalkyl, C1-8- alkoxy, C1-8 haloalkoxy or C1-8- alkoxycarbonyl, B is not a group of formula (7) where R4a and R4b are both hydrogen.
