Claim 12: A compound of formula (2) wherein R1 to R9 are as defined in claim 1 and R '' 'is hydrogen or alkyl. Claim 13: A compound of formula (3) wherein R1 to R9 are as defined in claim 1 and R '' 'is hydrogen or alkyl.
