titleOfInvention DERIVATIVES OF N- (2-AMINO-PHENYL) -AMIDA, A PHARMACEUTICAL COMPOSITION THAT CONTAINS THEM AND ITS USE FOR THE MANUFACTURE OF A MEDICINAL PRODUCT FOR THE TREATMENT OF CANCER.
abstract Compounds and pharmaceutical compositions containing them. These compounds have antiproliferative activity and inducing activity of differentiation, which results in an inhibition of tumor cell proliferation, induction of apoptosis and inhibition of invasion. Use of these compounds for the treatment of diseases such as cancer and for the manufacture of the corresponding medications. Claim 1: A compound of the formula (1), wherein R1, R2, R3 and R4 are independently selected from hydrogen; a C1-8 alkyl, a cycloalkyl of 3 to 8 links, mono- or bicyclic; a heterocyclyl of 3 to 8 links, mono- or bicyclic, in which one, two or three carbon atoms have been replaced by a heteroatom chosen from oxygen, nitrogen and sulfur; an aryl of 6 to 10 links, mono- or bicyclic; and a heteroaryl of 5 to 10 links, mono- or bicyclic, in which 1, 2, 3 or 4 carbon atoms may have been replaced by nitrogen, oxygen or sulfur; all the groups just mentioned may be unsubstituted or substituted once or several times; X is -N- or -O-; R5 is -H or -F; R6 is -H or -CH3 or, if X is -N-, and R4 together with the nitrogen atom to which they are attached can form a heterocyclic ring of 4 to 6 links, in which an additional carbon atom can be replaced by nitrogen, oxygen or sulfur; and its pharmaceutically acceptable salts.
